To make orders there is no need a preventive registration.
Orders are shipped within 1 working day of acceptance and shipped by reliable courier of our choice.
In the event of receiving of bad conditions items the customer will have to report the drawback with an e-mail enter 48 from reception.
Who diden't feel satisfied about purchased articles, has the right to withdraw,upon written comunication enter 7 days from reception of the products.
In both cases,the customer must came back the assets enter 8 days from comunication and the shopping fees are to her.
No return will be accepted after this period.
The price replacement will be agreed between the parts.
For Italy only the shipping costs are:
8,40 € box to 9,9 kg.
14,90 € box other 10 kg.
Different shipping costs for: Sardegna, Sicilia, Calabria, Isole Minori e zone disagiate in base alle tariffe del corriere.
For other country the UPS shipping costs are:
- until 249,99 Euro of spending: 25,00 €
- over 250,00 Euro of spending: FREE
Expedition:
Cantavenna uses this couriers:
- TNT (with sms notice at the moment of load for delivery,about that is required the number of mobile phone!).
- UPS with electronic tracking (not for bulky and heavy packs - UPS service isn't for Sicilia, Sardegna, Calabria).
The timing of delivery vary depending on destination and can be of 1 day or 2 max until 3 days workong for Puglia and Calabria.
For the islands the timings are longer and depends from the contitions of the sea,arriving at 3/4 days.
We remind that couriers don't deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
For urgent (delivery in one day) contact us in advance, the shipping fee will change.
Payments:

- Bank transfer with sending by fax (011 19792818) or by e-mail from the receipt.
- Countersigns (service cost 6,00 €).

MADE MERCANDISE REIMBURSEMENT and WITHDRAVAL
The user who has purchased products through the Site has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Cantavenna without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, unless otherwise specified.
In the case of the purchase of more than one item by single order but delivered separately, the 14 day period starts from the date of receipt of the last ordered product.

The costs and risks associated with the return of the products are borne by the user.
Cantavenna will repay to the user the sums paid including the shipping costs incurred for sending the product, except for the additional costs arising from any user's choice of a delivery type other than the standard delivery provided by Cantavenna.
For all withdrawal mode, the products must be returned intact and suitably packed, preferably in their original packaging, complete with all accessories.
According to art. 57, subsection 2 of the Consumption Code, the user is responsible for reducing the value of the products resulting from manipulation of the products themselves other than the one required to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. In that case, Cantavenna reserves the right to ask the user for refusal of the reduction found value.
For the exercise of the right of withdrawal it is not required that the goods to be returned be secured against theft and accidental transport damage.
